Start unscheduled tournament minutes prior to regular schedule event   

Create tournament with same format to start at same time as other event   

If this is case consider asking other TD if they like co-director

This force competition for players, directors and subs

Try to pick number of boards, etc so players is not force to pick between what event to play - ask other tds what time they finish
